Eric and all former DNSO GA members and other interested
stakeholders/users,

  Agreed.  Yet we have one amongst us that is of a belief that ICANN has

already decided whom will be managing dotIQ.  This would therefore
seem to indicate that either that person is grossly mistaken, ICANN has
been misleading that person and the organization he is associated with,
or is ignoring the will of the Iraqi people and it's newly formed
council.
