Why is it that the Pool.com lawsuit materials have yet to be posted on
the ICANN website? It has been almost 5 months (and they've been
specifically requested a number of times). They should be published to:

http://www.icann.org/general/litigation.htm

Also, there should be a public read-only mailing list that folks can
subscribe to in order to be notified of any website changes (e.g.
publishing of new announcements/documents, editing of certain pages,
removal of pages, etc.). If the webmaster created a blog or something,
that would suffice as an alternative.
