After all the years of going back and forth people are supposed to comment
within a few hours? What kind of scam are these people trying to pull now?

What is the point of any rule Dan Halloran sets as he does not enforce any
of them anyway?

Subject: [ga] Transfers Implementation

Things are moving on transfers implementation. Draft RAA changes
are available at <http://alac.info/archives/000627.html>; draft
standard forms are posted at <http://alac.info/archives/000612.html>.

Comments are welcome, but would be most useful when (1) made during
the next couple of hours, and (2) either posted to alac.info, or to
the GA list.

Apologies for the tight time line, but some of this is last minute
stuff.

Regards,
