>From my own perspective this is a mistake of huge proportions on the
part of the perspective Registry as it will bring more trouble than 
benefit. As for ICANN's decision to move forward, it has been clear that
unless they wanted to loose badly in court over the pending suit
by the perspective Registry , and/or protracted litigation which would 
have cost in the tens of millions, ICANN was in a bit of bind here.
FWIW this will make Wikileaks pale by comparison.
