<P>&nbsp; Further as you know the UK in particular has decided not to wait any 
longer on ICANN with</P>
<P>regard to URS takedown proceedures and has very recently taken down some 
1,200 Domains</P>
<P>accordingly.&nbsp; Such an action and practice demonstrates to me anyway, 
that ICANN's leadership</P>
<P>is grossly out of touch with effected and relevant government authorities 
accordingly and further</P>
<P>demonstrates the need for the UDRP to be significantly re-reviewed and 
subsequently significantly</P>
