About two years ago many of us here participated in a rather global WG that
brought law enforcemnt from around the world, huge banking interests and IP
lawyers to the same table. We came up with some pretty good recommendations
regarding the use of Proxy registrations that was a reasonable compromise.
What a shame that that input got buried.
