Andy and all,

  I've heard these claims and rumors, too many to be disregarded
as just such IMO.  But I would like to see some forensic work done
in this regard from an independant source that is in depth and
comprehensive before making a bold claim that such is the case.

  What also concerns me is we don't really know how exactly these
transfers were performed which also could have a negitive effect
on ex-registrants as well as other users.
