<P>&nbsp; GoDaddy is a long term and prolific violator of various and multipul 
ICANN policies that has</P>
<P>been largely left unchecked.&nbsp; The most obvious reason is that GoDaddy 
is ICANN's largest</P>
<P>registrar and therefore fee generating/ICANN funding single provider.&nbsp; 
As such I for one</P>
<P>am not expecting much to curtain GoDaddy's frequently errant bahavior 
accordingly any time</P>
<P>soon if ever.&nbsp; The old "Monye walks and BS Talks" syndrom is obviously 
at play here.</P>
