Glen and all,

  This must be exceedingly embarrassing for you Glen.  But sorry to say,
no this second draft doesn't come close to the preponderance, nor
the most relevant input the community provided as george earlier
clearly stated see:

as well as many many other concerns related by the community as to
ICANN setting business plan requirements, which is really none of
ICANN's business, nor should it be or is it part of in any way, the
MOU as a stated mission of ICANN.

  But than again, many of us have seen this tactic before.  Same disgusting
game, different day...
