Kark and all,

  Here here Karl!

Further NeuStar's management of the long standing fraudulent .BIZ as
it stands today has been far less than stellar, and frequently .Biz
domains
are proliferates of child pornography, spam, and phishers of various
sorts. As a result, the stability of the Internet has been to a degree,

significantly effected. Allowing, or even considering 2 letter DN's in
the currently fraudulent .Biz gTLD is demonstrating a lack of
accountability, and good ethics at a minimum.

I hope that in the near or at least not too distant future the .Biz
fiasco is revisited in it's entirety but the Obama administration and
hopefully as soon as a new Secretary of Commerce is selected
and confirmed.

In any event, my company will not be recognizing the validity nor
provide for the transmission of any .Biz domain names data, nor
by a unanmous vote long ago will any of INEgroup's members of
their commercial or non-commercial organizations accordingly, until
or unless Leah Gallegos is fully and/or to her satisfaction, compensated

for this egregious wrong.
