Danny and all,

We have been down this winding path many times before.
Registrants issues and representation is indeed lacking in the
GNSO, as it was in the old defunct DNSO. That is to say
that Independent Registrants that are not members of any
other ICANN Constituencies, are not and have never been
represented, yet they remain the vast majority of Domain Name
holders.

However this said, privacy and freedom of expression rights,
are of equal importance as the NCUC advocates. Diminishing
such is in conflict with good governance.

Ergo one of many reasons the GNSO in the Constituency model,
is horrendously flawed and as a result demonstrates ICANN's lack
of complying with its obligations to the MOU.

I also take note and remind all that you have never been a supporter
of open discourse, freedom of speech or expression, and more less
so of security of individual users or Registrants.
