All,

Another example of the RIAA's errant behavior disorder
dismissed properly, and again demonstrating ICANN's
most considered and powerful Constituency has dead wood
to deal with. Will it? Again, isn't it time that ICANN consider
much more seriously to perhaps disband the IPC all together,
or at least deal precipitously with it's most disparaging and
disruptive members, the RIAA, MPAA, and their errant
EU equivalents?

See:
"The $222,000 verdict against Jammy Thomas for copyright
infringement by P2P http://government.zdnet.com/?p=4040 is
no more. US District Court Judge Michael Davis
dismissed the verdict, saying it was based on the faulty 'making
available' theory of distribution."
