Glen and all,

This review is sorely needed as from our members perspective
the SSAC is either understaffed and as such unable to perform
adequately, or is significantly incompetent. I prefer to believe
it is the former rather than the latter. Yet a few glaring examples
that I and others have brought to the attention to the SSAC are
not human resource intensive and remain serious safety and
security risks to users.
