Danny, iliya, and all,

I fully agree with iliya's remarks and share in his astonishment, but also
fully recognize that ICANN]
has never fully embraced openness, transparency, and especially accountability
which are key
areas of interest in the MOU. The GNSO, and now the ALAC as well as some
RALO's have
been engaged in censoring whomever they don't like personally as recent events
regarding
same have shown/demonstrated clearly.

Lets all hope that ICANN's staff, the GNSO, and especially the ALAC will
cease and
disist this erant and disruptive practice as soon as possible.
