All,
    We may want to consider adding one item to "The [three] main
issues associated with data quality", namely that of protection
against unauthorized modification of whois data.  This goes hand in
hand with the other three.  

    If we decide not to include this item, for example if it is clear
that adequate safeguards are already in place, or if we simply do not
wish (for whatever reason) to include this item within the scope of
our work, I believe we should say so explicitly in our Description of
Work.
