Enclosed is the final report which includes the changes recommended by
everyone (including David's last e-mail a few hours ago).  Also, I am
attaching a redline to the last draft we had (v. 7) to show you the last
minute changes.

We are still scheduled to have a call next Tuesday to discuss next steps.
Glen, can you make sure this is set up?

Please find enclosed, Whois TF 1's Preliminary Report.  Please note that we
did not take a formal vote on each of the recommendations although the
report states each of the constituencies' views on the recommendations.

We look forward to receiving comments on this report.  Thanks to all the
members of my Task Force for their work on this report.
