I had expected to introduce the topic (very briefly) and then seek input.  It 
will be great to get input from the room.

process for the IANA stewardship role (15 mins)






Based on the meeting so far, he or she may be hard-pressed to stick to the 
allotted time.  Is there wiggle room to allow floor comment?
