Dear All,

Following the last GNSO Council meeting, please find attached an updated
version of the GNSO Improvements Opportunities for improvements and
streamlining document, in which I've aimed to capture the comments from the
meeting. In addition, I've updated the document with the final ATRT2
recommendations in relation to the topics under consideration.

It was also suggested that the Council could form a small group of
interested Council members to work with staff on some of these items. As
mentioned, for several of these, the proposed next step is for staff to
gather further information and data following which we would come back to
the GNSO Council for feedback and discussion of possible next steps.
However, there are a couple of items for which further review of existing
tools and activities has been suggested such as increase pool of PDP WG
volunteers and improve online tools & training which could possibly benefit
from a small group undertaking this work in collaboration with staff.

If there are any further comments and/or edits that you wish incorporated,
please let me know. In the meantime, we'll continue with the implementation
of the proposed next steps as outlined in the document pending those items
that may require further discussion on how to proceed (i.e.whether a small
group of interested Council members should be created to follow up on those
items).

Best regards,

Marika
