It seems like relatively a short time to discuss the many issues on the table.
Nevertheless I would like to raise the issue of ICANN's readiness for the 
technical implementation of the New gTLDs, including Fadi's response to 
VeriSign's lab report, and the readiness of the TMCH to deal with IDNs, and IDN 
variants.

Good question.  I would expect him to be present when we meet with the board 
but it will be helpful to get this clarified.

Does this mean he will not be present when we meet with the Board, or is this
