Dear Stéphane and Council Members:

In view of your dialogue on the list concerning visas for the Toronto
meeting,  I reached out to the travel and meetings teams  to get a better
understand of this issue.   They are aware of and are  working on ways to
address  individual visa issues.   If you are aware of others with such
difficulties, please let us know.
