Councillors,

Please see the message below from Glen. I personally have no problem with this 
as it seems very positive and will no doubt help our meetings run more smoothly 
in the future.

If anyone does, please notify me or the VCs asap.

Unless any objections are heard, I will ask Glen to give the Adigo folks the 
all-clear to observe our next meeting.
