Thanks Bruce.

I'd like to echo your thanks on behalf of the whole Council. I'm sure everyone 
realises and appreciates just how much work Staff is putting into staying on 
the planned schedule, and all the while continuing to answer the many requests 
that we, the community, continue to put to them.
