Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you. Kind regards, Glen Forwarded From: Philip Sheppard Dear Council, Further to adoption by the OSC I attach a revised Global Outreach Programme. These changes follow an OSC meeting in Cartagena and edits within the Constituency & Stakeholder Group Operations (CSG) Work Team. The report splits the proposed programmes into a more general and larger section aimed at the public, and one aimed at those who may wish to form a new constituency. Thanks to Olga Cavalli and her team. The attached are now recommended for Council adoption. NOTE on the OSC This item is the penultimate on the OSC's current work list. The last item outstanding is a revision of the rules for proxies. The OSC is waiting for feedback from each Council Stakeholder group in order to allow us to assess the need and type of change required. To date we have heard dissatisfaction from one member of the Non-Commercial SG who cites unspecified incompatibility with the NCSG Charter. The OSC is ready and willing to work on this change but we do need more specific and broader information in order to proceed. Philip Sheppard OSC Chair Attachment:
