Many in the BC are wondering when the next annual, regional NON-contracted
party event will be hosted by ICANN?

 

The same rationale given in the blog post, would seem to apply to
non-contracted parties, as an opportunity to exchange information, meet
ICANN staff and get to understand ICANN better, better appreciate the policy
and compliance issues, and interact with peers? all ?not structured to
influence policy development.?
