Kristina

We (the ET) are working on our note to Council right now. There are a few last
minute wrinkles requiring discussion but we will get it out today.

Apologies for the delay, this is a challenging schedule as you know.

Many thanks.

Would each SG please identify its proposed endorsees for its slot, the
unaffiliated slot, and the "open" slot? (Same request for the Evaluation Team,
please.). Our call is likely to be much shorter if we receive the names in
advance and have time to consider them. It doesn't do anyone any good if the
names aren't available until right before the call.

Since we have confirmed that this is not an *official* vote or election,
I suggest that any one SG Councilor be allowed to express the
*non-official vote* of all of their SG Councilors if necessary. That's
the primary concern. The NCAs should be sure to make their wishes known
to their SG if possible if they will not make the call.

Chuck & US Councilors

Remember time changes Sunday night for the US (except Arizona) from
Standard to Daylight savings!

I think that makes this call start at 4AM Pacific DAYLIGHT Time.
(timeanddate.com/worldclock has some nice tools)

Take care
Terry

Importance: High

Please make best efforts to participate in the Special Council meeting
on Monday. It is important that we are able to reach a quorum. I know
several cannot make it so it may be close.

Chuck
