recommends that the GNSO & ccNSO do policy work with regard to the following 
two issues related to single-character IDN top level names: 1) selection of 
scripts for which single character IDN TLDs should be allowed; 2) method for 
allocation of single character IDN TLDs. This item will be discussed in the 7 
Jan 2010 meeting.
