Dear Councilors,
At the GNSO Council meeting on Thursday 29 January, it was agreed to create a
Post-Expiration Domain Name Recover drafting team to eventually propose a
charter and provide recommendations, ideally before the Mexico City meetings.

Alan Greenberg, the ALAC liaison has volunteered to be on the drafting team,
with Avri Doria the GNSO Council chair.
