        To facilitate discussion on Thursday, attached please find a
current list of the proposed RAA amendments.  The list can also be found
under the agenda for 18 December on the Council workspace:
https://st.icann.org/gnso-council/index.cgi?agenda_18_dec_2008.  This is
an exact reprint of the information contained in the Services Report
distributed last Friday (pp. 9-10).  

         

        The two amendments added most recently are items 2.d and 2.e.
