Dear Council,
Based on feedback received from the community during the ICANN meeting in
Paris, Afilias has revised their proposed Abusive Use Policy. Redlined and
clean copies of the proposal have been posted at
http://www.icann.org/registries/rsep/#2008007. ICANN's 15-day preliminary
determination period has been restarted effective 4 July 2008.
