Dear Council members,Attached please find a summary chart of GNSO Council attendance for the years, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007. The yellow blocks indicate the period during which proxy voting was practised. The last proxy vote was recorded at the GNSO Council teleconference on February 2, 2006. In the 4 years, full attendance was recorded only once at the April 12, 2006, teleconference! 'Tot' at the top of each column refers to the total number of GNSO Council meetings during that year.
