Here is the ICANN Staff Proposed Implementation Document on GNSO
Reserved Names Working Group Recommendation as provided by Partrick
Jones.  Note that I reviewed and provided input into this before this
version was finalized.  Also, note that there are some action items for
the Council in addition to the general action that I assume should take
place of accepting the document with or without changes.
