[council] WG Final Draft Document re. ccNSO/GAC IDN ccTLD Issues Report
Here is the final draft document prepared by the working group tasked with preparing responses to the request for comments regarding the ccNSO-GAC Issues Report on IDN Issues. As originally tasked, the working group presents this document for Council consideration as a starting point for preparing GNSO comments. I would like to acknowledge and thank the WG members for there excellent work in producing this document.
