Colleagues
I wanted to provide you with an update on the implementation impact
report which is being prepared by the services and legal team.
We had thought that this report may be ready in time for discussion
at today's Council meeting but, given the complexity of the PDP and
the range of both operational and legal issues involved, it won't be
ready until the next Council meeting.
