Glen,
This is to advise that Kiyoshi Tsuru's resignation from the GNSO council
has now taken effect, with the election of his successor, Cyril Chua.
Cyril's contact information is below. Please substitute him for Kiyoshi
on all relevant lists. Cyril will complete the remainder of the
unexpired term to which Kiyoshi was elected last year. Cyril is a
citizen of Singapore in the Asia-Pacific region.
