Hello,

As I told Glen earlier, with my apologies, I unfortunately won't be
able to attend the conference call later today because I will be
traveling. Thus, and since proxies are no longer allowed, I'd like to
express right here my support to the idea of appointing a deputy
chair for the council. As to the election of the chair, I guess it's
no brainer.
