â 7:45 pm: meeting point at the Conference Center Lobby (reception).
â 8:00 pm: All buses depart from the Conference Center.
â Conference Badge is required to board bus and enter venue
â Bus ride to Gala Dinner is approx. 15 minutes.
â Open-Air Venue: please bring a sweater or light jacket
â Casual Dress
â Return transportation provided after the show
