Thanks, Bruce. I recognized your request to Glen, but I didn't see any note
in the minutes that this was to be substantively enhanced, so I did spend
the time to provide other detailed input. Thanks for your clarification. I

Just to clarify, the draft minutes posted by Glen are not the full minutes -
which will capture more of the discussion.

 

During the teleconference I asked Glen to initially capture the vote/final
motion - the more detailed minutes should be available shortly.
