Oops... I wrote down .. CoB wherever you are... in my notes, so I have
missed the cut off myself. My fault.

I am just rushing back into the office and thinking I had a couple of hours,
but no such luck.

I'll input my comments then into the next version.

I am sorry. I was pretty sure that we just routinely worked on the CoB
wherever you are in the world approach. :-) It speaks to our being clearer
next time about time.
